Course Overview
All of our mindfulness training course are bespoke to the customers needs. They be delivered as stand alone sessions or bulked together for a more long term programme.
Some examples of sessions we can deliver:

Leadership wellbeing and reflective practice programmes.
Workshops on reducing reactivity, mindful communication and improving decision-making.
All of our sessions are run by John Armitage who is a therapist, mindfulness teacher and wellbeing specialist.
