CEO
Sam founded Kendall Training in 2014 after eight years as an Emergency Medical Technician with East Midlands Ambulance Service. Her extensive medical knowledge and patient‑care experience shape her commitment to delivering meaningful, people‑focused training. Sam partners with organisations to build strong connections and specialises in First Aid and Mental Health education.

Ellie Stevens-Fowler
Associate Trainer
Ellie is an experienced Paramedic and Advanced Clinical Coordinator in Wales.
Her background spans laboratory science, pre‑hospital care, education, and virtual ward leadership. She brings exceptional clinical knowledge to her role, delivering a wide range of medical and first aid training with clarity, confidence, and a strong focus on practical learning.

Simon Nutman
Associate Trainer
Simon is an experienced Firefighter, Medical Technician, Security Operative, and Dog Handler based in the South of England.
He brings passion, drive, and real emergency insight to his training. Drawing on years of frontline incidents, Simon delivers engaging, practical first aid courses that build confidence, capability, and genuine readiness.

John Armitage
Associate Trainer
John is a CBT therapist, mindfulness teacher, and wellbeing specialist based in Lincolnshire. He supports professionals and leaders in sustaining performance without overload. Alongside one‑to‑one therapeutic work, he delivers training and leadership programmes focused on awareness, balance, resilience, and sustainable effectiveness, helping people thrive in demanding roles and environments.

Stevie Burley
Associate Trainer
Stevie is an HR specialist in the East Midlands, providing tailored support across employee relations, performance management, change initiatives, recruitment, and onboarding.
She works with organisations through project‑based or retained support. As an Insights Discovery Licensed Practitioner, Stevie helps teams strengthen communication, improve culture, and build effective, people‑centred workplaces.

Garth Stinson
Associate Trainer
Garth has extensive experience within the Police and UK Ministry of Defence, serving as a Chief Inspector of counter‑terrorism.
He specialises in conflict management, situational awareness, and personal safety. His training focuses on keeping people safe by recognising early signs of aggression, de‑escalating conflict, and managing challenging situations confidently and effectively.

Andi Brown
Associate Trainer
Andi is a retired Police Officer with thirty years’ experience in Greater Manchester Police, now based in Lancashire.
She has delivered comprehensive training across policing and community settings. Andi specialises in ligature awareness and mental health training, bringing deep expertise, compassion, and practical insight to every session she delivers.

Neil Rooney
Associate Trainer
Neil has been a paramedic for over twenty‑five years and is based in North Yorkshire.
His varied frontline career enables him to translate complex clinical concepts into practical, relatable learning. Neil delivers first aid and medical training that builds confidence, competence, and real‑world readiness through clear instruction and meaningful hands‑on experience.

Jason Bishop
Associate Trainer
Jason served in the RAF Regiment and worked as a first responder for the East of England Ambulance Service.
Now based in Norfolk, he delivers engaging First Aid and Health & Safety training. Jason draws on years of real‑world experience to create practical, memorable sessions that strengthen workplace safety and preparedness.
