Course Introduction
Course Overview
This 4-hour course is recommended by the HSE to be completed every year after you complete a full first aid course.
This course is intended for those who have already completed one of the following courses:
- First Aid at Work 3-day course
- Emergency First Aid at Work 1-day course
- Paediatric First Aid 2-day course
Every three years you will need to undergo a full requalification course.
We offer both accredited and non-accredited courses to suit your needs. All of our accredited courses are under Qualsafe.

Fundamentals of Outdoor First Aid 6 Hours
This course is aimed specifically for those who work in roles such as outdoor instructors, sports coaches, primary or secondary teachers or rural visit leaders, where they will have further support from others who will only be a short distance away.
Basic Life Support (BLS) in a Clinical Setting 4hr course
This course is intended for everyone who works in a clinical practice environment including administration and support staff. The Learner does not need to be a clinician.
First Aid at Work (FAW)18 Hour Course
Our 3-day course is delivered face-to-face and covers all workplace injuries and illnesses.
