Course Introduction

Course Overview

This 4-hour course is recommended by the HSE to be completed every year after you complete a full first aid course.

This course is intended for those who have already completed one of the following courses:

  • First Aid at Work 3-day course
  • Emergency First Aid at Work 1-day course
  • Paediatric First Aid 2-day course

Every three years you will need to undergo a full requalification course.

We offer both accredited and non-accredited courses to suit your needs. All of our accredited courses are under Qualsafe.

  • First Aid at Work Requalification (RFAW)12 Hour Course

    Our 2-day course is delivered face-to-face and as aimed at anyone who has completed the full 18hr FAW course within 3 years.

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) in a Clinical Setting 4hr course

    This course is intended for everyone who works in a clinical practice environment including administration and support staff. The Learner does not need to be a clinician.

  • Bespoke First Aid Training Modules

    We offer a range of training modules as standalone courses or bolt-on modules to enhance training.
