FREC 3 is a regulated, nationally recognised pre‑hospital care qualification. It is typically delivered over 5 days with 43 contact hours plus pre‑course reading.

- Builds essential prehospital emergency care skills
- Exceeds standard First Aid at Work requirements
- Forms the entry point to the FREC pathway (Levels 3–6)
- Suitable for: event medics, security, close protection, emergency responders, high‑risk workplaces, and those progressing toward ambulance roles.
